Job Description
A hands-on, in-house corporate paralegal role supporting a legal department by handling substantive legal work and operational tasks to ensure efficient legal functions within a leading Bitcoin mining and data center company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the legal department with substantive legal work
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks to ensure legal functions run efficiently
- Operate a company vehicle or travel between job sites as required
Requirements
- Experience supporting a legal department in a corporate environment as a paralegal or in a similar role
- Comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
- Ability to handle substantive legal work and day-to-day operational tasks necessary to keep the legal function running efficiently
- Must be insurable under CleanSpark’s vehicle insurance policy, as the role may involve operation of a company vehicle or travel between job sites
