Job Description
The Lead IT Systems Engineer will design, deploy, and manage the company's internal IT and data infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration of hardware, software, and data systems across multiple sites to support operational growth and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy a unified IT software systems organization across multiple sites.
- Ensure seamless integration of hardware, software, and data systems.
- Oversee the integration of internal systems, networks, and tools.
- Scale and deploy core internal systems to support operational excellence and data-driven growth.
- Manage system deployment at new sites and ensure harmonious integration of scaled systems.
- Develop and implement data warehousing strategies to ensure reliability, security, and quick access.
Requirements
- Proven experience in architecting and deploying IT software systems, with a focus on integrating hardware, software, and data systems across multiple sites.
- Experience in bridging traditional IT functions with modern systems engineering to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.
- Ability to oversee the integration of internal systems, networks, and tools, reporting directly to the CFO.
- Experience in deploying and scaling IT systems at new sites, ensuring harmonious integration of scaled systems.
- Knowledge of data warehousing strategies, including ensuring reliability, security, and hands-on availability for quick fixes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee internal IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and data systems.
- Experience in ensuring the security and reliability of IT systems and data infrastructure.
- Ability to work collaboratively with external IT teams, particularly the Colorado IT team managing external IT resources.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to fixing issues quickly and effectively.
- Experience with operational excellence and data-driven growth strategies related to IT systems.
- Relevant educational background in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple priorities and scaling systems accordingly.
