Job Description
The Lead IT Systems Engineer will design, deploy, and integrate internal IT systems and infrastructure across multiple sites to support Charm's operational and data-driven growth, ensuring seamless hardware, software, and data system functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy a unified IT software systems organization.
- Ensure seamless integration of hardware, software, and data systems across multiple sites.
- Oversee the integration of internal systems, networks, and tools.
- Scale and optimize core internal systems for operational excellence and data-driven growth.
- Lead system deployment at new sites and ensure harmonious integration of scaled systems.
- Develop and implement data warehousing strategies ensuring reliability, security, and quick access.
Requirements
- Proven experience in architecting and deploying IT Software Systems organization, including integrating hardware, software, and data systems across multiple sites.
- Experience in bridging traditional IT functions with modern systems engineering to ensure seamless integration of internal systems, networks, and tools.
- Ability to oversee system deployment at new sites and ensure harmonious integration of scaled systems.
- Experience in developing and implementing data warehousing strategies that ensure reliability, security, and quick access for troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of internal systems, networks, and tools, with the ability to oversee their integration and scaling.
- Hands-on experience with system deployment, troubleshooting, and quick fixes for internal IT systems.
- Ability to focus on operational excellence and data-driven growth through effective IT systems management.
- Experience working with external IT teams, particularly in coordinating with regional teams such as a Colorado-based IT team managing external IT resources.
- Excellent communication skills to report to senior management, specifically the CFO.
- Knowledge of security best practices for internal systems, networks, and data warehousing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple projects related to IT infrastructure scaling and integration.
