Job Description
A full-time Analytical Lab Technician responsible for supporting bio-oil and bio-char production, conducting analytical testing, and ensuring quality control within the Materials Science and Engineering team at Charm. The role involves working closely with scientists and engineers to maintain data accuracy across sampling analyses to support carbon removal initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support bio-oil and bio-char production processes through analytical testing
- Conduct analytical testing to ensure quality control of samples
- Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and other teams to ensure data accuracy across sampling analysis requests
Requirements
- Support bio-oil and bio-char production, bio-oil injection, and general analytical testing as a critical member of the Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) team at Charm.
- Work closely with fellow scientists, engineers, and other Charmers across the Engineering, Operations, Measurement Reporting Verification (MRV), and Development organizations to ensure quality control and data accuracy across a range of sampling analysis requests.
- Report to the Lead Analytical Scientist in Colorado.
