Job Description

This role involves providing economic and statistical analysis expertise to support litigation and employment-related projects, managing client relationships, leading research efforts, and contributing to practice development within a global consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, perform, and direct advanced empirical, theoretical, and strategic analyses for client deliverables
  • Develop and share technical expertise to add value to projects and analyses
  • Create accurate, insightful client reports and presentations
  • Manage and communicate project objectives, expectations, and delegate tasks to team members
  • Contribute to industry thought leadership through networking and participation in trade groups
  • Proactively grow and maintain client relationships
  • Lead and develop project teams with integrity and professionalism
  • Identify and pursue project revenue opportunities

Requirements

  • A PhD in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business Economics, Engineering or related quantitative discipline, with 5-10 years of relevant work experience, OR a Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of these fields with 8-11 years of relevant work experience in economic analysis consulting experience preferred.
  • Solid working knowledge of statistical methods, regression analysis, and economic methodologies.
  • Command of a broad range of research and quantitative analysis skills including strong computer programming and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in STATA is a plus.
  • Curious and analytic thinkers who bring creative approaches to non-standard problems.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated high level of initiative and leadership.
  • Strong team development and collaboration capabilities.

Salary range: $175,000 - $250,000 with potential bonus incentive compensation
