Job Description

The position involves providing economic and statistical analysis expertise within CRA's Labor and Employment Practice, managing client projects, developing technical insights, and contributing to thought leadership in employment-related litigation and consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, perform, and direct advanced empirical, theoretical, and strategic analyses.
  • Develop and share technical expertise to add value to projects and analyses.
  • Create accurate client deliverables that incorporate insights.
  • Manage and communicate project objectives, expectations, and delegate work to teams.
  • Contribute to industry thought leadership through networking and participation in trade groups.
  • Proactively initiate and grow client relationships.
  • Manage and develop project teams with integrity and leadership.
  • Identify and secure project revenue opportunities.

Requirements

  • A PhD in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business Economics, Engineering or related quantitative discipline, with 5-10 years of relevant work experience, OR a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the same fields with 8-11 years of relevant work experience in economic analysis consulting experience preferred.
  • Solid working knowledge of statistical methods, regression analysis, and economic methodologies.
  • Command of a broad range of research and quantitative analysis skills including strong computer programming and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in STATA is a plus.
  • Curious and analytic thinkers who bring creative approaches to non-standard problems.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated high level of initiative and leadership.
  • Strong team development and collaboration capabilities.

Salary range of $175,000 - $250,000 with potential bonus incentive compensation
