Job Description

The role involves managing client relationships and driving business development efforts across practice areas through strategic engagement, data analysis, and cross-team collaboration to support revenue growth at a global consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement unified client relationship management frameworks for law firm and corporate clients.
  • Create standardized processes for consistent, high-quality client engagement across practice areas and regions.
  • Design client engagement models that highlight CRA’s integrated capabilities and thought leadership.
  • Conduct whitespace analysis to identify new business opportunities within existing client relationships.
  • Coordinate strategic introductions between consultants and clients to expand practice area engagement.
  • Leverage thought leadership content to initiate new client conversations and showcase capabilities.
  • Utilize analytics and client dashboards to identify high-potential opportunities and develop growth strategies.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of client programs to ensure revenue impact and ROI.
  • Design and manage client programs to support consultants in business development efforts.
  • Coordinate consultant activities to ensure seamless client experiences and provide market intelligence and insights.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, or program management, preferably within professional services
  • Proven track record of identifying and converting business opportunities through strategic relationship building
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems and business intelligence tools
  • Excellent project management and coordination abilities with demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Understanding of professional services business models and client buying behaviors
