The Human Capital Coordinator at Charles River Associates supports onboarding, learning and development, performance management, and employee administrative processes, contributing to creating a positive employee experience and ensuring effective talent management across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Support onboarding and integration of new hires globally, focusing on early career and intern hires
Coordinate learning and professional development activities, including training program logistics and feedback collection
Oversee tuition support program, including approval and reimbursement tracking
Handle day-to-day employee administrative transactions and maintain employee documentation
Administer and update records in HRIS platform Workday and Learning Management System
Support performance management activities, including scheduling and documenting review meetings
Assist with special projects such as employee engagement surveys and system automation initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline, with strong academic performance
Up to 3 years related work experience in a complex, fast paced and high-volume business professional services preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
Experience with communication software Zoom
Advanced knowledge of Excel v-lookups and pivot tables desirable
Experience with employee management systems Workday preferred and other HR technologies such as LinkedIn Learning and Enboarder
Curious and analytic thinker with a problem-solving mindset who finds the right resources to solve the issue
Effective written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated high level ownership and detail orientation
Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities
Excellent time management and task prioritization
Good judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Flexibility to work across North American and European time zones, with potential evening and weekend work, and occasional overnight international travel
