Job Description
The CRM Analyst role involves implementing and managing the company's new CRM and marketing automation platform, optimizing data infrastructure, and supporting marketing campaigns through data analysis and workflow configuration to enhance content distribution and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize the CRM and marketing automation platform, ensuring seamless data migration and system functionality.
- Build and maintain accurate client and prospect databases to support targeted content distribution.
- Configure CRM workflows and processes aligned with business development objectives.
- Develop and manage workflows for distributing thought leadership content to targeted segments.
- Track engagement metrics and create reports to measure content campaign effectiveness.
- Support cross-functional teams with data insights to inform content strategy and client outreach.
- Coordinate with marketing functions to ensure CRM data supports events, social media, and other activities.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- Strong technical skills in data management, system configuration, and workflow design
- Experience with CRM migrations and system implementations
- Proficiency in data analysis and basic reporting analytics tools
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and project management skills
