Job Description
The Senior Associate at Charles River Associates conducts strategic, financial, and organizational analyses for clients, manages project work-streams, and provides expert advice on complex business and energy-related issues, while also participating in practice development and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to all phases of client engagements, including strategic, financial, and organizational analysis.
- Develop and evaluate recommendations and implement solutions for clients.
- Manage project work-streams and communicate effectively with mid- and senior-level clients.
- Lead and coach junior consultants.
- Participate in practice development and firm management activities.
Requirements
- Enrolled in MBA program from a top-tier school OR Enrolled in Master’s Degree program in Energy related field
- 2-4 years work experience, preferably in a related role e.g., industry-specific expertise, consulting, finance prior to enrollment in degree program
- Highly motivated and genuine interest in consulting
- Analytical and intellectually curious
- Evidence of successful team work and team leadership
- Desire to build and grow our practice
- Works well in a team environment, and willingness to provide mentorship and supervision to junior staff members
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range of $130,000 - $152,500 with potential bonus incentive
Work schedule with 3 to 4 days per week in the office, flexible travel arrangements
