Job Description

The role involves leading and developing a team of early-career Value Engineers, managing the onboarding program, and driving customer value realization through process expertise, stakeholder management, and strategic consulting within a fast-growing SaaS company specializing in Process Intelligence technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hire, onboard, and develop early career Value Engineers through the Orbit onboarding program.
  • Develop talent with skills in technology, sales, business processes, and value realization.
  • Coach team members with hands-on engagement, feedback, and mentorship.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet sales, renewal, value, and adoption targets.
  • Communicate success and risks proactively within the organization.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and developing a team of early career Value Engineers, with the ability to develop talent with a balanced skill set including quantitative, technical, business, process, and sales acumen.
  • Deep process and industry knowledge with a proven consulting skill set and strong analytical abilities.
  • Domain expertise in Business domains such as Finance or Supply Chain, with experience in strategic transformation initiatives like Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation, and the ability to build a compelling value roadmap for the customer.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and strategic challenges faced by the C-Suite, with the ability to build an integrated Celonis EMS roadmap.
  • Experience guiding customer IT teams throughout their Celonis journey, demonstrating hands-on ability to build dashboards, Apps, and accelerate value realization.
  • Experience in planning and managing project scope, expectations, and timelines, leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem where possible.
  • Experience in preparing and communicating results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated experience with a value selling methodology across the customer journey, including discovery, qualification, proof activities, and value realization, to demonstrate the potential value of Celonis.
  • Proven track record of identifying and prioritizing use cases, implementing improvement measures, establishing operating models, and training users to realize value, renew, and expand subscriptions with Celonis.
  • Ability to effectively allocate resources to deliver on sales, renewals, value, and adoption targets.
  • Based in Madrid with the ability to work in a hybrid setup with 2 days per week in the office.
