Job Description
The Senior Training Specialist at Celonis is responsible for delivering hands-on process mining training to partners and customers in the EMEA North region, developing innovative enablement programs, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the training experience using Celonis' Process Intelligence platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead live enablement workshops
- Develop and deliver customized enablement journeys
- Consult with partners and customers on using the Celonis Platform to generate value
- Develop innovative enablement approaches
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to understand their enablement needs
Requirements
- Proven experience in creating and delivering training to diverse audiences.
- Technical training experience, with expertise in Celonis Process Mining Technology.
- Fluency in English and one of the following languages: German, French, or Spanish.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information-oriented Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Business Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Ability to coordinate and lead live enablement workshops.
- Ability to develop and deliver customized enablement journeys.
- Experience in consulting with partners and customers on using the Celonis Platform to generate value for their organizations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to quickly learn new topics and concepts.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
