Job Description

The role involves managing end-to-end technical recruitment for Product and Engineering roles at Celonis, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while leveraging data and market insights to attract top talent in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and guide full-cycle recruitment for Product and Engineering roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support
  • Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and support
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with company goals
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics and process effectiveness
  • Utilize ATS and sourcing tools to optimize recruitment practices
  • Provide market insights and industry trend analysis to inform hiring strategies

Requirements

  • A background in Technical Engineering recruitment, with experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates for product management and engineering roles.
  • End-to-end recruitment experience from sourcing to offer management, with either in-house, agency, or RPO recruitment experience hiring for Product, Technology, or IT Services businesses.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, candidates, and partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate outreach capabilities.
  • Ability to act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and provide actionable talent insights.
  • Experience in developing and executing effective sourcing strategies utilizing channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate scheduling, feedback, and communication.
  • Experience tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to measure strategy effectiveness and providing regular updates and reports to management.
  • Experience leveraging ATS and sourcing tools to ensure recruitment process excellence and efficiency.
  • Ability to provide market intelligence and insights related to industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to aid in decision-making.
