- Track value impact by establishing metrics, KPIs, and reporting results.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in business analysis within tech sales CRM environments with proven delivery across multiple teams.
- Experience in requirements management, including identifying and engaging stakeholders, capturing and organizing requirements, maintaining clear traceability from requirement to test and release, managing change control and impact assessments.
- Ability to turn discovery into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, keeping stories small, valuable, and testable, and maintaining definition of ready and definition of done, with traceability of epics, stories, tests, and benefits.
- Experience in process operating model design, including running workshops, mapping current and future process flows with swimlanes, BPMN-style process maps, defining roles, RACI, controls, and handoffs.
- Proven workshop facilitation skills, leading cross-time-zone, multi-team sessions that result in decisions and documented actions.
- Ability to write and own Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for system changes such as Salesforce, and keep them current through delivery.
- Experience in defining User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and pilot scope, aligning tests to acceptance criteria, running defect triage, supporting cutover planning, communications, training, and hypercare exit criteria.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, partnering with leaders in Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, IT, Finance, Enablement, and Marketing to unblock progress and implement changes.
- Hands-on experience with tooling such as Asana or Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Miro, Mural, or Lucid Visio for backlog management, workflows, process mapping, and requirement validation.
- Ability to baseline current metrics, define benefit KPIs, propose pilots and A-B tests, and report results clearly.
- Experience working in an in-office environment at the Raleigh, NC office, in compliance with company policies.
- Strong skills in framing problems, proposing options with pros and cons, testing value hypotheses, and making trade-offs, with the ability to size value at a high level.
- Strong capability in value-stream and capability mapping, producing clear Level 2 and Level 3 process maps with roles and controls.
- Ability to capture non-functional requirements including security, privacy, performance, scalability, observability, and supportability needs, and make them testable.
- Experience in building UAT plans, training outlines, and cutover checklists, applying light change-management techniques to help teams adopt new ways of working.
- Hands-on experience with disciplined documentation such as BRDs, RTMs, and executive updates.
- Relevant domain experience delivering in Salesforce-centric or broader CRM environments, with familiarity with US privacy basics and compensation-sensitive workflows.
