Job Description
A strategic talent acquisition role focused on sourcing, recruiting, and advising on technical product and engineering roles within a fast-growing SaaS company, leveraging data-driven tools and industry insights to attract top talent and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide full-cycle recruitment for Product and Engineering roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent.
- Manage candidate experience by maintaining communication and scheduling interviews.
- Provide market insights and industry trend analysis to inform hiring strategies.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve hiring processes.
Requirements
- A background in Technical Engineering recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for finding and hiring the best talent.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- End to end recruitment experience from Sourcing to Offer Management.
- Inhouse, agency or RPO recruitment experience hiring for Product, Technology or IT Services businesses.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.
- Strong sourcing and candidate outreach capabilities.
- Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.
