Job Description
The role involves managing strategic accounts within the Public Sector Healthcare vertical, selling enterprise SaaS solutions through a consultative approach, engaging with C-level stakeholders, and collaborating with partners and internal teams to drive revenue and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a small number of strategic accounts in the UK, primarily in the Public Sector Healthcare vertical.
- Engage with cross-line-of-business stakeholders at C-level and below.
- Represent the full suite of Celonis solutions across various business processes.
- Achieve individual revenue targets by closing six-figure deals within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with partners, including consulting firms and SaaS providers.
- Work closely with internal teams such as business development, marketing, sales engineering, customer success, and professional services.
Requirements
- Experience selling enterprise software at C-level in a new business focused field sales role, specifically with CFO, CPO, COO levels.
- Experience selling to Enterprise accounts in the Public Sector Healthcare vertical.
- Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven experience working with Partners, such as Consulting firms and Enterprise Tech companies.
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-moving, ever-changing, high-growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to be collaborative and inclusive, embracing diversity.
- Ability to leverage internal resources and work effectively as part of a team.
