Job Description

The role involves building relationships and driving sales within the German public sector, focusing on transforming public institutions through Celonis' Process Intelligence technology, and contributing to the expansion of the company's public sector presence in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate the Celonis public sector value proposition through presentations and proposals
  • Own and achieve annual sales targets within assigned accounts
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into tangible outcomes
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and partners
  • Drive complex sales cycles by orchestrating virtual teams across various functions

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the German public sector at federal and or state level, supported by an established professional network
  • Strong background in sales and or management consulting
  • Highly ambitious, driven, and results-oriented with a track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships and engage with them across complex organizations
  • Experience managing complex, long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate direct and matrix organizational structures
  • Demonstrated success in working with or through partners especially consulting firms and enterprise technology providers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German fluent and English
  • Self-starter with excellent time management, prioritization, and decision-making skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment, approaching challenges with adaptability, creativity, and a growth mindset
