Job Description

The role involves leading strategic account development within the manufacturing sector for Celonis, utilizing process intelligence solutions to drive business value, manage complex sales cycles, and build long-term customer relationships to achieve revenue growth and account expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial development and manage strategic accounts in the manufacturing sector.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives and other stakeholders.
  • Utilize Celonis Process Intelligence solutions to realize business value and drive account growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and virtual teams to support sales activities and proposals.
  • Achieve revenue targets by closing six-figure deals within assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • Native Japanese language proficiency, capable of customer negotiations and proposals at a professional level
  • Experience selling enterprise software or IT solutions to manufacturing industry clients
  • Experience proposing to C-level executives such as CIO, CFO, CPO, COO within the manufacturing industry
  • Experience in value selling or solution-based sales in SaaS or software products
  • Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Proven experience working with partners such as consulting firms, SIers, or enterprise tech companies to drive business
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and close six-figure deals (several million yen to hundreds of millions of yen in sales) within assigned accounts
  • Experience engaging with cross-line-of-business stakeholders at C-level and below, including senior leaders in value engineering, business development, and services functions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams including sales, marketing, partner management, sales engineers, customer success, and professional services
  • Willingness to adapt to a fast-moving, high-growth environment with a positive, creative, and growth mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to embrace diversity and inclusion in team settings
