Job Description

A strategic enterprise sales role focused on managing and expanding relationships with manufacturing companies in France, involving complex SaaS solutions sales, stakeholder management, and driving growth in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic manufacturing accounts.
  • Build long-term partnerships with C-level and senior stakeholders in manufacturing companies.
  • Represent the full portfolio of solutions and support customers in their transformation initiatives.
  • Drive complex sales cycles with individual revenue targets and six-figure deal values.
  • Identify new opportunities and contribute to go-to-market strategy in the manufacturing sector.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners such as consulting firms, system integrators, and technology vendors.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including business development, marketing, solution engineering, and customer success.

Requirements

  • Proven 10 years of experience selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions to C-level and senior decision-makers in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of the manufacturing ecosystems, including procurement processes, regulatory constraints, governance models, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage long, complex sales cycles involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working closely with partners such as consulting firms, system integrators, and technology providers in a coordinated go-to-market motion.
  • Ability to build, iterate, and scale a growth initiative from zero, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in ambiguity, and shaping own path to success.
  • Ability to excel in a high-growth, fast-moving, dynamic environment with a solutions-oriented approach, positive mindset, and creativity.
  • A collaborative leadership style, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to bring teams together.
  • Own an individual revenue target and drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with six-figure deal values.
