Job Description
A Senior Services Consultant at Celonis is responsible for implementing process mining solutions, analyzing business processes, and driving digital transformation for customers by leveraging Celonis technology, including automation and machine learning, to improve efficiency and process transparency.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in agile project teams to deliver Celonis implementation solutions that meet customer needs.
- Design analyses and execution apps incorporating Machine Learning and Task Mining to enhance process transparency.
- Leverage Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and determine root causes through customer collaboration.
- Facilitate value creation workshops and align measures to improve process efficiencies.
- Implement Celonis Process Automation to streamline processes and improve conformance rates.
- Monitor KPIs to measure customer success and support continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
- Strong knowledge on one or more of the core processes like Procurement, Order Management, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables or Inventory Management
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab, and a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- Experience to work on Celonis Process mining or any other process mining platform
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and known for being a quick learner
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
