Job Description
The Senior Services Solutions Architect at Celonis is responsible for leading technical implementations, designing data integration pipelines, and translating business requirements into technical solutions to enable process insights and automation for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation projects transforming raw customer data into process insights
- Design end-to-end technical pipelines and dashboards for process mining solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications across various domains
- Build and deploy operational apps with AI and ML algorithms to automate tasks
- Design Celonis architecture within customer ecosystems and facilitate technical onboarding
- Establish real-time data integrations between source systems and Celonis
- Advise on user management, authentication, and security compliance
- Evaluate customer environments and propose infrastructure solutions for deployment
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Engineering, IT Consulting, or Solutions Architecture, with direct experience in a SaaS or Big Data environment.
- Expert proficiency in SQL and ETL processes is essential.
- Knowledge and experience with Python programming language.
- Experience with Agentic Agents MCP servers is very helpful.
- Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs, data pipelines, and experience with ETL processes for large data volumes.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, and core business processes including Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay.
- Native fluency in Korean and professional proficiency in English to support local market and global collaboration.
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
