Job Description

The role involves managing and developing sales relationships within the Financial Services industry, primarily selling Celonis' process mining solutions to large banks and insurance companies, driving complex sales cycles, and engaging with senior stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts by developing new business and expanding existing customer relationships
  • Engage with stakeholders at various levels, including C-level executives, to address customer needs
  • Represent the full suite of Celonis solutions and industry-specific use cases to clients
  • Drive complex sales cycles by coordinating virtual teams across different functions
  • Achieve revenue targets by closing six- to seven-figure deals within assigned accounts

Requirements

  • 7 years of total relevant work experience, including 4 years in Management Business Process Consulting, with complementary experience in SaaS Sales, In-house Consulting, or similar areas.
  • Proven experience in engaging with stakeholders at the C-level (CFO, CPO, COO, etc.).
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of processes and KPIs within the Financial Services Industry (FSI).
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of the Banking and/or Financial Services industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, ever-changing, high-growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset.
  • Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, embrace diversity, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team.
