Job Description
The AI Solution Architect at Celonis is responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling innovative AI solutions for enterprise customers, working closely with sales, product engineering, and clients to drive process automation and AI adoption using the company's Process Intelligence platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer problems and design, deploy, and scale AI solutions using the Process Intelligence platform
- Prototype, develop, and implement AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions
- Identify and package scalable AI use cases to drive innovation and expand offerings
- Collaborate with Product Engineering and Business Apps teams to inform future product development based on customer feedback
- Train internal teams and assist in positioning and deploying AI solutions
- Design and architect end-to-end deployments encompassing AI and process automation
Requirements
- Proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in production level acceptance testing, delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Strong visionary architectural mindset to develop scalable easily extensible solutions.
- Strong technical acumen to be able to choose the right AI solution technology for the respective customer pain point.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics or related field.
- Native French language skills.
