The role involves supporting customers in leveraging Celonis' Process Intelligence platform to identify business value, improve processes, and drive digital transformation through data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and solution implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and align Celonis solutions to achieve objectives
Support regional teams in establishing and developing foundational accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through technical and business expertise
Share customer insights with internal teams to influence product development
Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence
Conduct ROI analyses and develop business cases to demonstrate the value of Celonis solutions
Identify and translate customer strategic priorities into high-impact use cases
Develop demos and business cases leveraging industry benchmarks to acquire new customers
Facilitate value assessments and communicate strategic roadmaps to C-Level executives
Conduct business value workshops to identify process improvement opportunities
Present results and realized value to senior management and stakeholders
Develop strategic expansion roadmaps to drive adoption and growth of Celonis platform
Provide feedback to product teams for platform and app enhancements
Requirements
Five (5) years of experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and respective Software deployment, ideally in a customer-facing role in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT Management Consulting with a Business Software SaaS Provider or a Consultancy, or in an Inhouse role such as Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
Good knowledge of Business Software SaaS applications such as SAP, with experience in implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and building dashboards, apps, and action flows.
Hands-on experience with SQL, and Python is preferred.
Experience in collaborating with IT teams.
Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, acting as a change agent, and training users and process owners to realize value.
Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines, managing multiple projects at different stages of the value journey, and leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem.
Experience in preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Italian and English.
