Job Description
The Senior Value Engineer at Celonis supports customer success by identifying business challenges, demonstrating the value of Process Intelligence solutions, and driving process improvements and expansion through data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and strategic consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to identify core business challenges and develop solutions using Celonis technology
- Support regional teams in establishing and growing foundational accounts
- Build and present business cases, demos, and ROI analyses to demonstrate value and secure new customers
- Facilitate business value workshops and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Develop strategic expansion roadmaps to drive adoption and expansion of Celonis solutions
- Provide feedback to product teams for platform and application enhancements
Requirements
- Live for Customer Value 5 years of experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and respective Software deployment, ideally in a customer-facing role in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, IT Management Consulting with a Business Software SaaS Provider or a Consultancy, or in an Inhouse role such as a Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
- Good knowledge of Business Software SaaS applications such as SAP, with experience in implementing RPA and/or BI Tools, and/or building Dashboards, Apps, and Action Flows.
- Hands-on SQL experience and Python is preferred.
- Experience in collaborating with IT teams.
- Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, being a change agent, and training users and process owners to realize value.
- Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines, managing multiple projects at different stages of the value journey, and leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem.
- Experience in preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Italian and English.
