Job Description
A Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Celonis is responsible for strategically recruiting top go-to-market talent, managing the full recruitment cycle, advising business leaders, and providing market insights to support the company's growth in a fast-paced, international SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with company goals and processes
- Provide market insights and industry trend analysis to inform hiring strategies
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve hiring processes
Requirements
- A background in go-to-market recruitment, including experience in hiring for sales, pre-sales, professional services, or similar roles.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, candidates, and partners.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts, technologies, and trends within the technology sector.
- End-to-end recruitment experience from sourcing to offer management, with experience in in-house, agency, or RPO recruitment environments.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong sourcing and candidate outreach capabilities.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing actionable talent insights that influence hiring decisions and talent strategy.
- Experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for product management and engineering roles.
- Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies utilizing channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Ability to ensure a positive candidate experience through timely feedback and communication.
- Experience tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to measure strategy effectiveness and reporting to management.
- Experience leveraging ATS and sourcing tools to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Ability to collaborate with regional hiring managers, HR, Compensation Benefits teams, and internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with company goals.
- Willingness to work in a role that may require visa sponsorship if not already eligible to work in the location.
- Physical and mental capacity to perform the duties associated with managing multiple recruitment tasks in a fast-paced environment.
