Job Description
The Supply Chain Optimization Deployment Architect (SCODA) at Celonis is responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling innovative supply chain solutions using Process Intelligence, AI, and automation, working closely with customers to address their supply chain challenges and demonstrate value through strategic project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect comprehensive supply chain solutions aligned with customer needs
- Collaborate with customers' supply chain experts to define target states and deliver value using Celonis platform
- Provide presales support by articulating the strategic value of supply chain capabilities
- Guide solution architecture during project delivery, assess progress, and contribute use case ideas
- Identify and standardize key supply chain use cases to enhance adoption across customers
- Share success stories and customer impact insights internally and externally
- Collaborate with product teams to inform future development based on customer feedback
- Train and empower internal teams to deploy and position supply chain solutions effectively
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management for enterprises with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful and diverse use cases that have solved real-world problems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions, often under demanding deadlines.
- Experience with the implementation and roll-out of Supply Chain Software or Enterprise Resource Planning tools is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex supply chain concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholder groups, including non-technical audiences.
- Strong visionary architectural mindset to develop scalable and easily extensible solutions that address long-term customer needs.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
