Job Description
A Senior Solutions Architect responsible for deploying and managing containerized solutions on Kubernetes, serving as a technical liaison to ensure successful implementation and user adoption of Celonis Process Intelligence Platform in customer environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead deployment of containerized solutions within customer environments.
- Serve as the initial technical point of contact for customers and stakeholders during deployment.
- Configure and optimize Celonis features such as process mining, automation, and task mining to ensure customer value.
- Translate customer technical requirements to ensure successful deployment and integration with source systems.
- Manage real-time data integrations between customer systems and Celonis via APIs and internal tools.
- Guide customers on authentication, user management, and provisioning to facilitate user adoption.
- Analyze customer architecture, recommend solutions, and facilitate deployment while managing technical expectations.
- Identify and remove technical barriers to maximize user adoption of Celonis.
- Establish and maintain containerized applications on Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and security.
- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and manage deployment workflows with Helm, Kustomize, or similar tools.
- Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deployment and management of solutions.
- Engage in technical discussions, transfer knowledge, and collaborate with product development for reusable solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience of 3 years deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes.
- Advanced knowledge with at least one specific Kubernetes distribution such as Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, RedHat OpenShift, etc.
- Good understanding of best practices in deploying, scaling, and maintaining highly available, secure, and resilient containerized applications on Kubernetes, ensuring efficient resource utilization and operational stability.
- Proven experience implementing infrastructure as code (IaC), e.g., with Terraform.
- Helm or Kustomize experience is strongly preferred.
- Fluency with additional tools such as ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Ansible, etc., is a plus.
- Experience with at least one of the major cloud platforms AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Experience working with modern tech stack methods like REST and SOAP API-Management, Data Ingestion Streaming Kafka or similar, SSO, LDAP, IT Security, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in industry working on Python, SQL, data pipelines, and ETL processes for large volumes of data is a plus.
- Knowledgeable about security and compliance topics for enterprise applications.
- Solid experience with project management and outstanding customer-centric proven experience working with customers.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English and German.
