Job Description
A Senior Solutions Architect at Celonis is responsible for onboarding enterprise customers onto the platform, ensuring technical integration and setup, and acting as a technical liaison to facilitate user adoption and maximize value from process mining and automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard customers onto the Celonis platform and ensure technical components are in place for value realization
- Conduct technical discussions to identify system architecture requirements and propose solutions
- Establish real-time integrations with customer source systems via APIs and internal solutions
- Advise on authentication, user management, and provisioning for the Celonis platform
- Eliminate technical barriers to user adoption of Celonis
- Act as a technical liaison to customers to facilitate successful integrations and deployments
Requirements
- Proven experience of 3 to 10 years in industry with experience working on Python, ETL, and SQL.
- Solid experience with project management and outstanding customer-centric proven experience working with customers.
- Experience and interest in working with modern tech stack methods such as REST and SOAP API-Management, Data Ingestion Streaming Kafka or similar, SSO, LDAP, IT Security, Agile, etc.
- Experience with SQL and Python as well as with data pipelines and ETL processes for large volumes of data.
- Knowledgeable about security and compliance topics for enterprise applications.
- Experience in performing technical onboarding processes, system architecture component identification, and solution building to unblock deployments.
- Ability to establish real-time integrations to customer source systems via APIs and internal integration solutions.
- Experience with user management, authentication, and provisioning solutions for enterprise platforms.
- Experience with at least one of the major cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP would be a plus.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Japanese.
