Job Description
A Software Engineer responsible for developing and enhancing the Task Mining solution by building scalable desktop components, ensuring software reliability, and collaborating with customers and teams to improve business process analysis tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Build highly performant and scalable desktop components for the Task Mining software
- Design, implement, build, and deliver end-to-end solutions to customers
- Improve the maintainability, reliability, and robustness of the software
- Automate and enhance development processes
- Document procedures and share knowledge within and across teams
- Manage complex support requests and communicate with stakeholders
- Work directly with customers to debug and optimize their systems
Requirements
- Professional experience of at least 5 years building .NET applications.
- Hands-on experience in C and the .NET framework.
- Experience in developing highly performant and scalable desktop components.
- Experience in implementing end-to-end solutions, including design, implementation, build, and delivery.
- Ability to improve the maintainability, reliability, and robustness of software.
- Experience in writing clean code that follows SOLID principles.
- Experience in user interface development using WPF and MVVM.
- Experience in managing complex requests from support, including finding technical solutions and communicating with stakeholders.
- Experience in refactoring legacy components.
- Experience in writing and setting up unit and integration tests.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Experience in REST APIs and/or distributed microservice architecture.
- Experience in monitoring and log analysis capabilities, e.g., DataDog.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to supervise and coach junior colleagues.
