Job Description
A Full Stack Engineer at Celonis is responsible for designing and developing user-facing features and backend services to enhance the company's process mining platform, working on complex data-driven applications to improve business insights and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement large, complex new features in Angular TypeScript
- Lead projects with frontend technologies and architectures
- Develop servers using Java Spring Boot
- Improve application performance for big data
- Build, launch, and maintain features in production
- Contribute to and extend core architecture and components
- Drive application performance improvements
- Mentor and grow team members
- Participate in product discussions and shape the roadmap
- Write clean, understandable, and testable code
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- At least 5 years of product development experience
- Experience leading cross-team engineering projects
- Experience working closely with product and other stakeholders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in designing and implementing large, complex new features in Angular TypeScript
- Experience developing servers using Java Spring Boot
- Ability to recognize and take action to improve the developer work environment using tools such as Nx, Jest, OpenAPI, Docker, shell, etc.
- Ability to play an active role in product discussions and shaping the roadmap
- Ability to contribute to and extend the core architecture and components
- Experience driving application performance improvements for big data
- Ability to write clean, understandable, and testable code
- Experience building, launching, and maintaining features in production
- Ability to help define a fun and inclusive engineering culture
Benefits & Perks
Base salary range: $165,000 - $210,000 USD (location-based)
