Job Description
A Senior Consultant at Celonis leads project teams to implement process mining solutions, leveraging SQL, AI, and Machine Learning to analyze and optimize business processes across various domains, driving digital transformation and delivering measurable value to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the implementation process of Celonis technology to ensure high-quality customer service and optimal solutions.
- Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis.
- Design and implement analyses and operational applications, integrating AI and Machine Learning algorithms to enhance process transparency and automation.
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and root causes, and suggest approaches for improvement.
- Quantify business and financial potential, and present key KPIs and improvement areas to management.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for process mining projects.
Requirements
- More than 4-5 years experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
- Hands-on experience applying AI ML techniques to solve business challenges is a plus
- Native Japanese and strong communication in English
- Proficiency with Python and SQL or other programming languages such as R or Matlab
- A strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- General understanding of companies business processes and related financial metrics and willingness to learn in this area
- Knowledge of standard ERPs such as SAP and related business processes including Order to Cash and Procure to Pay is a plus
- Enjoy interacting with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Very dedicated and visionary with a desire to actively drive the Celonis Process Mining technology forward
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and known for being a quick learner
- Business acumen supporting the ability to understand client needs, identify value drivers, and deliver strategic, impact-driven recommendations
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
