Job Description
This role involves leading and managing cross-functional product and engineering initiatives, implementing strategic processes, and ensuring successful project execution to support the company's growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage the Roadmapping tool AHA! and design new processes
- Develop and maintain strategic cross-functional programs across multiple workstreams
- Design and optimize workflows to meet deliverable deadlines
- Create presentations, perform financial analysis, and provide executive communications
- Assist teams in setting priorities and leveraging data to manage tradeoffs
- Define roles and responsibilities, track resource needs, and manage escalations
- Coordinate and execute key Product and Engineering initiatives
Requirements
- Experience implementing and managing best practices in AHA! Roadmap tool
- 7 years of experience in consulting or product operations
- 4 years of experience in running complex projects with multiple stakeholders, aggressive schedules, and scarce resources preferably in a software company
- Proactive, analytical, and collaborative mindset, coupled with strong communication skills
- Domain experience in roadmap planning and tracking process, ideally has implemented or led the roadmap strategy planning process in a comparable software company before
- Operational rigor and track record of cross-functional stakeholder project management and execution
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals
- Understanding of the interdependencies between internal and external processes in a software company
- Ability to define roles and responsibilities, track resource needs, and manage escalations
- Experience in developing and maintaining strategic cross-functional programs across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Experience in designing new processes and performing analysis on implementation models
- Ability to create presentations, perform financial analysis, and use common project management tools
- High level of ownership and drive to fix problems proactively
- Strong project management skills with the ability to structure complex projects into major building blocks and establish effective governance
- Proven track record in Product Operations, establishing fundamental processes such as roadmapping, product discovery, early customer adoption, and customer co-innovation
- Understanding of the interdependencies between internal and external processes in a software company

Base salary range: 153,000 - 185,000 USD
