Job Description
The Project Manager will oversee large-scale technical projects within Celonis, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder communication, risk management, and team coordination to drive successful implementation and adoption of process intelligence solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, plan, execute, and close large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure project goals are met regarding customer satisfaction, quality, budget, scope, and timelines
- Identify, manage, and communicate risks and issues with proactive mitigation plans
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate project updates and decisions
- Produce accurate and timely project status reports throughout the project lifecycle
- Track team progress against key initiatives and communicate status to leadership
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Evaluate team capacity and assist with onboarding new project team members
- Provide and receive feedback to/from project team members
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in successfully Project managing Application or Technology tracks e.g. SAP, Oracle, Servicenow, etc.
- Prioritize effectively and multitask efficiently.
- Proven track record of successful collaboration with stakeholders from different business and technical verticals.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and documentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Scrum experience preferred.
- Prior experience in managing Celonis or equivalent products will be an added advantage.
