Job Description

The role involves owning and executing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for Celonis's IT modernization solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption, market dominance, and strategic growth in the enterprise technology space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create product positioning and messaging for global scalability and differentiation
  • Develop sales and marketing materials such as pitch decks, demos, and event content
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform market strategy
  • Partner with product management to strategize and support product launches and adoption
  • Drive product adoption and success through campaigns and content marketing
  • Engage with stakeholders to translate technical concepts into strategic business value

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in software product marketing, product management, presales, or consulting, focused on enterprise technology.
  • Experience as an experienced presenter at conferences, customer briefings, and executive-level discussions.
  • Deep expertise in IT modernization across data, AI, automation, cloud, or application transformation domains.
  • Proven track record of bringing AI-driven or modernization-focused products to market, including messaging, positioning, and launch execution.
  • Comfort engaging with CIOs, CTOs, and IT transformation leaders, with the ability to translate technical concepts into strategic business value.
  • Highly analytical and structured thinker, able to synthesize complex concepts, connect ideas across the stack, and articulate clear narratives.
  • Proactive owner of cross-functional workstreams, with the ability to drive clarity, alignment, and momentum across product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Ability to iterate quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment, demonstrating agility, collaboration, and feedback orientation.
  • Bias for action, with a history of delivering measurable impact through high-quality product marketing programs and initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) required; a technical or quantitative degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar is strongly preferred.
