Job Description
The role involves designing and implementing knowledge management strategies and solutions to enhance productivity, collaboration, and AI integration within Celonis' Value Engineering team, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement knowledge management strategies and solutions.
- Lead the rollout and adoption of a central knowledge repository for GTM content.
- Establish content governance policies and ensure knowledge assets are accurate and well-organized.
- Curate, organize, and optimize knowledge assets for accessibility and usability.
- Collaborate with AI teams to structure knowledge for AI applications and launch AI-driven solutions.
- Conduct knowledge audits and gap analyses to improve content relevance and quality.
- Monitor knowledge usage and feedback to enhance knowledge management effectiveness.
- Drive training, communication, and change management initiatives to promote knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Strong university degree in Technology Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Knowledge Management, Information Science, Business Administration, or a comparable program.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in solution engineering, management consulting, product marketing, market intelligence, business intelligence, information architecture, or a comparable fast-paced environment.
- Ideally, 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing knowledge management or learning solutions, or a combination of expertise in knowledge management strategy and implementation of technology solutions to support knowledge sharing and collaboration, with demonstrated hands-on experience in building knowledge management solutions.
- Practical experience in developing and implementing AI-driven applications is a big plus.
- Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with a proven ability to develop and execute knowledge management strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, program management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with content management systems, knowledge base software, and collaboration tools.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
