Job Description
A Senior Services Consultant at Celonis is responsible for implementing process mining solutions, analyzing business processes, and driving digital transformation for customers by leveraging Celonis technology, including process automation and machine learning, to optimize and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in agile implementation projects to deliver tailored solutions for customers
- Design analyses and execution apps incorporating Machine Learning and Task Mining
- Leverage Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and root causes
- Facilitate value creation workshops and align measures to improve processes
- Implement Celonis Process Automation to streamline customer processes and improve conformance
- Monitor KPIs to measure customer success and support continuous process improvement
Requirements
- 4-7 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab
- A strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and known for being a quick learner
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
- Ability to perform data transformations, develop analyses, and derive business cases
- Ability to develop data-driven process insights and actions
- Ability to implement Celonis software features such as Process Automation, Task Mining, and Machine Learning
- Experience in designing analyses and execution apps with a focus on Machine Learning algorithms and Task Mining
- Experience in leveraging Celonis technology to uncover process inefficiencies and understand root causes through collaboration with customers
- Ability to facilitate value creation workshops and align measures to improve process inefficiencies
- Ability to quantify business and financial potential and present insights to management
- Experience in implementing Celonis Process Automation technology to streamline customer processes, increase value, and improve process conformance rates
- Ability to monitor KPIs to measure customer success and enable continuous process improvement
- Ability to ensure customer enablement to continuously improve processes
- Willingness to work as part of agile project teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and solve pain points
