Job Description
A Senior Consultant at Celonis is responsible for leading the implementation of process mining solutions, analyzing business data using SQL and other tools, and leveraging AI and machine learning to optimize and automate various company processes, thereby driving digital transformation and delivering measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the implementation of Celonis technology solutions for customers
- Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis
- Design and implement analyses and operational apps enriched with AI or Machine Learning
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and root causes
- Quantify business and financial potential, and present KPIs and improvement areas
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and align measures for process improvements
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab, and a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- Proven expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, order fulfillment, transportation, or warehouse operations
- Strong communication skills in German and English and ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Demonstrated dedication and visionary mindset with a desire to actively drive the Celonis Process Mining technology forward
- Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and recognized for being a quick learner
- Successfully completed studies in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or a comparable field
