Job Description
A Senior Services Consultant at Celonis is responsible for leading and executing process mining implementations, analyzing business processes, developing data-driven insights, and leveraging Celonis software features to optimize customer operations and drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in agile Celonis implementation projects to deliver solutions that address customer needs and pain points
- Design analyses and execution apps incorporating Machine Learning and Task Mining to enhance process transparency
- Leverage Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and determine root causes through customer collaboration
- Facilitate value creation workshops and align measures to improve process efficiency
- Implement Celonis Process Automation to streamline processes, increase value, and improve conformance rates
- Monitor KPIs to measure customer success and support ongoing process improvements
- Enable customers to continuously improve their processes and establish long-term success strategies
Requirements
- 4-7 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages such as Python, R, Matlab
- A strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
- Excellent analytical skills, well organized, and known for being a quick learner
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
