Job Description
The role involves identifying and developing new enterprise business opportunities through prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building to support the growth of Celonis's Process Intelligence Platform, primarily in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and create new enterprise business opportunities in specific territories.
- Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies.
- Drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain and organize an annual book of business.
- Become a subject matter expert and evangelist of the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
- Develop creative strategies to target decision-makers at prospect accounts to book sales appointments.
Requirements
- A BA or BS degree from a top university or equivalent
- At least 2 years of full-time experience in business development, sales, consulting, or a related field
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Able to take initiative
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A self-starter who is dedicated, hungry, and driven to succeed, and a true out-performer
- Native German language proficiency or equivalent and business proficiency in English
- Experience in prospecting into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies
- Experience in driving sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Ability to maintain and organize an annual book of business
- Ability to produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts to book sales appointments and influence company revenue
