Job Description
A Business Development Representative at Celonis is responsible for identifying and creating new enterprise business opportunities through prospecting, outreach, and strategic engagement, supporting the company's growth in the Process Intelligence technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and create new enterprise business opportunities in specific territories.
- Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies.
- Drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain and organize an annual book of business.
- Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist of the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
- Develop creative strategies to target decision-makers at prospect accounts to book sales appointments.
Requirements
- A BA or BS degree from a top university or equivalent
- At least 2 years of full-time experience in business development, sales, consulting, or a related field
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Able to take initiative and work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A self-starter who is dedicated, hungry, and driven to succeed, with a track record of being a true out-performer
- Native German language proficiency or equivalent and business proficiency in English
- Physical ability to prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies (implied by job duties, but not explicitly stated as a physical requirement)
