Job Description

The role involves leading brand research and analytics to ensure brand resonance and strategic positioning, connecting brand insights to business performance, and collaborating across teams to drive data-driven marketing and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and perform brand research to ensure resonance with target audiences and strategic positioning
  • Execute the annual brand measurement study and analyze key KPIs to generate insights
  • Design and lead specialized research projects on brand positioning and customer sentiment
  • Develop and refine brand performance models linking brand strength to business success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand data into the customer journey
  • Monitor market landscape and competitive intelligence to identify emerging trends
  • Translate data into strategic insights to inform creative and marketing strategies
  • Design scalable research structures and workflows to enhance research efficiency
  • Socialize insights across teams to embed data-driven decision-making in brand and marketing activities

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years in brand insights, audience research, or data analytics, ideally within a B2B sales cycle environment.
  • Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with experience managing external vendors and in-house tools such as Qualtrics.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced analytics, including statistical modeling such as conjoint analysis, regression modeling, and brand tracking health metrics.
  • Ability to work across fragmented data sources, integrating first-party data, third-party research, and market trends to provide strategic guidance.
  • Proactive in using artificial intelligence technologies to drive efficiencies in research methods and data synthesis.
  • Deep understanding of how brand management correlates with go-to-market (GTM) success and overall business performance.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead the end-to-end research lifecycle, from initial scoping and methodology design to fielding, analysis, and socialization of insights.
  • Ideally hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
