Job Description
This role involves designing and implementing high-scale features for enterprise platform management, including user access, security, compliance, and operational insights, primarily using Java and related technologies. The position requires autonomous work, technical leadership, and collaboration within a cross-functional team to enhance the company's Process Intelligence platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-scale features for management domains such as Identity Access, Governance Compliance, Operational Insight, and License Adoption Tracking.
- Build and maintain APIs for managing Users, Groups, and Permissions.
- Develop features for real-time access to Audit Logs and platform security controls.
- Create views for platform observability, notifications, and system health monitoring.
- Write maintainable, testable, and efficient code independently.
- Lead technical decisions and collaborate with product managers on requirements and design.
- Participate in deployments to production and communicate closely with frontend engineers.
Requirements
- 7 years of professional experience building Java applications
- Good understanding of the Spring framework
- Experience with REST APIs and/or distributed micro-service architecture
- Passion for writing clean and understandable code
- Familiar with containerization technologies such as Docker
