Job Description
The role involves acting as a post-sales customer advocate for enterprise data storage solutions, building long-term relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted advisor and primary post-sales contact for customers, ensuring they maximize value from Pure Storage Evergreen One solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by understanding their business and technical needs.
- Manage the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewals, collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience.
- Lead strategic business reviews and drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Act as the customer advocate, coordinating communication and efforts between customers and internal teams such as Engineering, Support, and Sales.
- Define success metrics and establish processes and tools to support customer growth and account management.
Requirements
- Business proficiency in English and German language written and spoken.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing, relationship management role, such as a Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Professional Services, or Sales Engineering.
- A deep understanding of enterprise data centre environments and the ability to manage technical relationships within a leading IT infrastructure or software vendor.
- The ability to act as a trusted advisor, communicating technical issues and business impact clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and execute detailed action plans with stakeholders and customers.
- Willingness to work primarily in an in-office environment at the Prague office, in compliance with Pure Storage policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
