Job Description
The Senior AI Solutions Engineer AI Deployment Architect is responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling innovative AI solutions for customers using the Celonis Process Intelligence platform, working in both pre-sales and post-sales capacities to drive AI adoption and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and scale AI solutions and automations using the Process Intelligence platform.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their problems and tailor AI solutions to their needs.
- Prototype and develop AI solutions, including machine learning and LLM-based applications.
- Identify and package scalable AI use cases to expand offerings and drive innovation.
- Work with Product Engineering and Business Teams to inform future product development based on customer feedback.
- Train internal teams on positioning and deploying AI solutions.
- Architect end-to-end deployments encompassing AI and process automation.
Requirements
- Five (5) years of experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and/or software deployment, ideally in a customer-facing role with a Consultancy or Business Software SaaS Provider, or alternatively in an Inhouse role such as within a Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
- Proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in production level acceptance testing and delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Strong visionary architectural mindset to develop scalable, easily extensible solutions.
- Strong technical acumen to be able to choose the right AI solution technology for the respective customer pain point.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics, or a related field.
