Job Description

The Enterprise Business Development Manager is responsible for acquiring large enterprise customers for electric vehicle leasing solutions, building strong relationships with C-suite stakeholders, managing complex sales cycles, and supporting the setup of electric vehicle salary sacrifice schemes to promote sustainable mobility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the acquisition of large enterprise customers for electric vehicle leasing solutions.
  • Manage and lead high-value sales cycles with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Advise and support prospective customers in building business cases for electric vehicle schemes.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and commercial teams to set up Electric Vehicle Salary Sacrifice schemes.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key enterprise clients.
  • Identify targets, prospect new business opportunities, and exceed customer expectations.
  • Represent the company as the primary contact and voice for enterprise customers.

Requirements

  • Significant professional enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of exceptional sales performance.
  • Experience in building trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead complex, high-value sales cycles and deliver high-impact high value solutions at scale.
  • Highly skilled at identifying targets, prospecting, and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to drive sales direction, navigate the entire sales cycle, and fully engage within a high performing team.
  • Experience managing sales directly with large business customers, roughly speaking 4,000 employees.
  • Ability to advise and support prospective customers by building detailed justification and business cases.
  • Experience coordinating with legal, finance, and commercial teams to set up Electric Vehicle Salary Sacrifice schemes.
  • Must have a valid UK driving licence.
  • Based in or willing to work in the central London office 2-3 days a week.
