Job Description
The Senior AI Deployment Architect at Celonis is responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling innovative AI solutions for customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive AI adoption and innovation within the company's Process Intelligence platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and scale AI solutions and automations for customers using the Process Intelligence platform
- Prototype, develop, and implement AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions
- Identify and package scalable AI use cases to drive innovation and expand offerings
- Collaborate with Product Engineering and Business Apps Teams to inform future product development based on customer feedback
- Train internal teams on positioning and deploying AI solutions
- Architect end-to-end deployments encompassing AI and PI Automation
- Pitch the AI value proposition and align solutions with customer AI strategies
- Collect and share AI success stories internally and with customers
- Define and lead execution on AI Lighthouse customer roadmaps
Requirements
- Proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in production level acceptance testing, delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Strong visionary architectural mindset to develop scalable easily extensible solutions.
- Strong technical acumen to be able to choose the right AI solution technology for the respective customer pain point.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics or related field.
- Native French language skills.
