Job Description
The role involves leading the development and strategic vision of the Process Query Engine within Celonis' Process Intelligence Platform, enabling high-performance analysis of large-scale enterprise data to support process mining and AI integration for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and strategic roadmap for the Process Query Engine (PQE).
- Lead the development and enhancement of the PQE to meet enterprise customer needs for high-performance data analysis.
- Manage the customer migration process to PQE, guiding internal teams and strategic accounts through transition.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering and go-to-market, to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Promote PQE as a subject matter expert, leading enablement initiatives and identifying new use cases.
- Make data-driven strategic and development decisions for migration and feature enhancements.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10 years of proven experience in product management, technical consulting, or a related role within enterprise B2B software.
- Deep knowledge of large-scale enterprise data challenges, including data processes, data lakes, and enterprise readiness requirements for high-volume data platforms.
- An analytical or technical background combined with an interest in big data, performance engineering, and platform infrastructure.
- Proven ability to act as a translator, converting complex technical capabilities into clear business value and vice-versa, for both engineering and Go-to-Market teams.
- Exceptional strength in synthesizing complex information from highly technical leaders to make conscious, data-driven decisions that align with strategic customer outcomes.
- Proven ability to moderate between competing interests, align diverse technical parties toward a single vision, and make confident decisions in a fast-moving environment.
- A proactive, analytical, and collaborative mindset, coupled with outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
