Job Description
The role involves designing and leading the technical architecture and integration strategies for Celonis's Process Intelligence platform, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure scalable, secure, and effective solutions that support sales and customer success initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design solution architectures for integrating Celonis products to meet performance, security, and business requirements.
- Engage with customers' C-level and technical teams to align technical strategies with business objectives.
- Assess customers' IT landscape maturity and provide technical guidance during pre-sales and post-sales phases.
- Lead and define architecture, data, and cloud strategies for large client accounts.
- Support customer engagements by troubleshooting and resolving technical blockers to product adoption.
- Coach and guide consulting teams and partners on technical implementation, architecture, and integration issues.
- Develop reusable assets, technical designs, and thought leadership materials related to architecture and innovation.
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in roles such as Software vendor Architect, Top consulting firms CTO or Enterprise Architect at a customer, with a strong background in Data Architecture, Integrations patterns, and Development background in data related languages SQL and Python.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain architecture diagrams and code demos clearly.
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
- Strong technical background with a focus on system integrations, data operations, and automation capabilities.
- Strong understanding of cloud native architectures, SaaS solutions, cybersecurity posture fundamentals, API ecosystems, and legacy on-premise enterprise architectures.
- Fluency in English; additional language such as Spanish, French, or Italian is a strong advantage.
- MSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent in Information Technology related field.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including certifications.
- Experience with enterprise service bus (ESB) and ETL certifications, including Mulesoft, Oracle, SAP, Talend, Informatica.
- Preferred certifications include Celonis Certifications, OCPM, Case Centric Data Pipelines, and relevant cloud certifications.
- Experience with at least 2 domains among Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Customer Management, Service, Order Management, Sales, HR, Procurement.
- Experience with at least 2 industries among Consumer Goods, Banking, Pharma, Aerospace, Telco, Transport.
