Job Description
The role involves managing and expanding partnerships with AI-first consulting firms globally, developing joint go-to-market strategies, building strong relationships, and driving business impact through collaborative initiatives in the AI and process intelligence space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global Go-To-Market plan for AI-first consulting partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior industry and capability leaders, regional heads, and account partners.
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize high-potential AI-first consulting firms aligned with company growth goals.
- Pitch joint value propositions to secure partner buy-in and articulate how Celonis complements AI technology stacks.
- Source and manage joint engagements, ensuring alignment and successful execution across teams.
- Collaborate with partner and sales teams to embed Celonis into partner methodologies and develop pipeline opportunities.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams, partners, and clients to convert opportunities and ensure delivery.
- Drive joint thought leadership, marketing initiatives, and industry insights through whitepapers, events, and narratives.
- Oversee regional governance with consulting partners, including steering committees, pipeline reviews, and forecasts.
Requirements
- 7-12 years of relevant work experience in the areas of strategy and or technology consulting, ideally paired with first exposure to software sales, business development and or partner management
- Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of driving commercial outcomes
- Deep understanding of the AI landscape and ability to communicate technical value propositions
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, as well as executive presence
- Proven track record of guiding senior consulting partners and C-level client executives
- Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to excite others and build strong relationships
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong self-motivation and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel 10-20%
