Job Description

The Partner Management Director will lead and expand strategic partnerships with consulting firms across EMEA and APAC, developing joint go-to-market strategies, managing relationships, and driving business growth through collaborative initiatives and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand partnerships with Strategy Consulting firms across EMEA and APAC.
  • Develop and execute joint Go-To-Market strategies with consulting partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and industry leaders.
  • Shape and promote joint transformation initiatives aligned with Celonis capabilities.
  • Manage joint projects, ensuring delivery success and client impact.
  • Embed Celonis solutions into partner methodologies and offerings.
  • Drive pipeline development and support sales efforts with partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to convert opportunities.
  • Lead joint thought leadership, marketing initiatives, and industry events.
  • Manage regional governance, including steering committees and pipeline reviews.

Requirements

  • 7-12 years of relevant work experience in the areas of strategy consulting, ideally paired with first exposure to software sales, business development and or partner management
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of driving commercial outcomes
  • Deep understanding of the inner workings of strategy consulting firms, their business model, incentive structures, value propositions, and how they drive enterprise transformation
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, as well as executive presence
  • Proven track record of guiding senior consulting partners and C-level client executives
  • A strong network within the European strategy consulting ecosystem
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to excite others and build strong relationships
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong self-motivation and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel 10-20%
