Job Description
The role involves developing and executing a partner ecosystem strategy in the DACH market, building strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, and driving joint sales and business development initiatives to expand Celonis' market presence and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a partner ecosystem strategy for the DACH market to achieve sales goals
- Attract, develop, and maintain relationships with senior partners, including Big 4 firms and System Integrators
- Drive joint business development activities such as co-selling, reselling, and pipeline development
- Support partners in go-to-market planning, marketing, and sales activities
- Organize and execute events to engage the partner community and generate opportunities
- Enable partners through technical and sales training, leveraging global ecosystem resources
- Align stakeholders across customer, partner, and internal teams to ensure coordinated account management
Requirements
- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant work experience in the area of partner management, sales or business development with Big 4 firms, Global SIs or regional SIs
- Ability to excite others, attract and build strong relationships at Executive level, specifically at C-Level
- Proven experience in developing a holistic partner strategy and executing operational day-to-day tasks to achieve sales ambitions and develop partnerships
- Strong consultative sales ability and skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Information Systems
- Demonstrable, strong network within Consulting Big 4 and System Integrator companies
